“REMOVE THE CARPETS!”
Seriously Ibis, you need to listen to your customers. The hotel has a perpetually musty smell - very unpleasant. I feel that if you take out the carpets and tile your rooms, it will make an enormous difference. Also, pay attention to cleaning in those concealed areas of the bathroom. It will make … more

Malabo doesn't have a lot of accommodation to offer and this was the only one that fitted within my budget.
