This hotel is very easy to reach from the airport by tram or bus. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with large TVs and very comfortable beds. I especially enjoyed the shower. What I appreciated most was being able to check in early in the morning, which allowed me to rest before my meetings — a huge plus after traveling. The gym is another highlight: excellent, modern equipment with everything you could need for a proper workout. The sauna is a great addition and perfect for relaxing afterward. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the sound insulation. You can clearly hear (and even feel) doors closing in the hallway, as the walls vibrate.

This is mine and my family’s first trip to Tallinn and we would not recommend this hotel. We stayed on the 6th floor and the rooms were clean and tidy but a few stains on the shower floor. While we thought this was a peaceful hotel we were sooooo wrong! We had 6-7 sports teams staying at the hotel!! One football team had a huge part of the area roped off so they could eat separate from everyone - we weren't aloud in there but they could sit and take up all the spare seats in the general area. On the hotels websites it states dinner is open 5pm to 11pm but we came down for dinner at 7:15pm to be told they couldn't take any orders for another 45mins to 1 hour as they were cooking for the ‘special’ football team. Whilst we appreciate it was Independence Day there should have been some warning, communication etc to all guests. If we got told this when we checked in at lunchtime that they had a big booking in and dinner would be late, fine - but no one did. We felt that all the sports team got priority and special treatment over all other guests. It felt like we were staying at a sports hotel/ high school. The football team got a fresh cooked buffet style lunch and dinner. After complaining we did eventually get served and I have to say we all felt the food was rather poor. Breakfast was chaotic when the sports teams came down it felt like a school canteen/ playground. The waffle station I had to que for 40 mins, and then when we finally got them they had run out of Nutella and whipped cream and as these were the main offerings with so many people in the hotel these things should have been replenished quickly. In the 4 nights we stayed there we had to ask for toast, orange juice, Nutella, whipped cream, waffle batter and sliced bread. These were all things that ran out and we had to chase the staff frequently to get these things replenished. One morning both toasters disappeared - so no toast for breakfast. The waiter said they were broken, next day they both appeared again. If you are a Diamond, gold or silver member you get a FREE bottle of water in your room However, ALL OTHER GUESTS' must pay 2.50 euros per bottle, which seems rather mean when you can buy a bottle of water from the supermarket at 0.80cents and I’m sure the hotel must get it cheaper than that! On our final morning the day after our complaint we watched a couple of young lads messing around behind the breakfast counter, maybe if they spent less time messing about and concentrated on replenishing the breakfast items things would improve! If the hotel is going to accommodate for sooo many sports teams then it should be better organised with increased staffing levels and replenishments to cope with the volume and be more efficient. Regardless of the volume of guests ALL should be treated the same! We complained to the front of house manager and he was shocked by what we told him and disappointed this happened. A nice token was when we got back to our rooms there was a hand written card from himself apologising for our experiences and left a bowl of fresh fruit and macarons as an apology. This was a kind gesture and was appreciated. Overall if you’re staying here I would ask if any sports teams are staying there before you book and if they are do not stay here. If the sports teams weren't there it would have been a pleasant stay.
