From the very first moment, it’s clear that this hotel truly values its guests — from the friendly welcome at reception to the genuine attentiveness of the breakfast staff. Everything runs smoothly and effortlessly, just as it should. The spa is open in the mornings, which is a rare luxury, and even better — the sauna is actually properly hot in the morning. A small but important detail: there’s no need to bring towels from the room, as they are available both in the changing rooms and throughout the spa area. Small things matter. Breakfast offers a rich and high-quality selection. Properly fried bacon (not the soft, lukewarm grey slices so common in hotels), a nice variety of cheeses and cold cuts, fresh fruit, and baked pastries — and the sun-dried tomato pâté is definitely worth trying. The location is excellent: right in the city centre, within very short walking distance of Solaris Shopping Centre and the Estonian National Opera. Despite being so central, the hotel is situated on a smaller side street, making it pleasantly quiet. Late check-out was available, subject to room availability. The rooms were clean, spacious, and featured very comfortable pillows. Another thoughtful detail: each floor has separate bins for bio waste, plastic, and mixed waste — no need to keep food waste in the room. A hotel worth returning to. A very pleasant and well thought-out experience. Highly recommended.

“Excellent hotel, close to the Old Town”

Excellent hotel, good value, close to the Old Town (Freedom Square very nearby) and bus station, in quiet street. Very large and varied breakfasts.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was excellent—situated close to the centre, making it easy to explore the city on foot, and with convenient access to public transport. Our room featured a lovely deck that offered an excellent view, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The general ambience of the hotel was warm and inviting as well. One of the amenities we particularly enjoyed was the spa area. Having the sauna, spa facilities, and the indoor heated pool/jacuzzi located downstairs made it easy to relax after a full day of sightseeing, and we made good use of them throughout our stay. Check-in was quick and efficient, though we were surprised that no information about the hotel’s facilities or the city was provided by the staff. A brief overview or welcome guide would have been very helpful, especially for first-time visitors. Breakfast was adequate with a fair selection of items, though the choices felt more geared toward local tastes rather than international guests. We were also disappointed to discover that the restaurant was not open at any other time of day and that there was no room service available aside from breakfast. After long days out, it would have been nice to have dining options on-site, and we would have gladly spent more at the hotel. Our room itself was simple but pleasant. However, the beds were not very comfortable, and I unfortunately ended up with a sore back. Given that the hotel operates on a bed-and-breakfast basis, it would also be useful to have a fridge in the room that isn’t pre-stocked with chargeable items, allowing guests to store their own food or drinks. Additionally, it would be appreciated if the complimentary water bottles were restocked daily, even on days when the room wasn’t being cleaned. Overall, the stay had several positives, especially the location and wellness facilities, but a few improvements could enhance the guest experience significantly.
