I just wrapped up an 11-day stay at the Best Western Premier Addis Ababa, and I can honestly say it was the hospitality that made it so special. Whether I was working or relaxing, the team here went above and beyond. The service is truly what sets this hotel apart. I want to give a huge shout-out to the staff who made my stay memorable: + Lemelem: She is truly incredible and was a highlight of our stay! She took care of me and my team for most of our stay with such kindness. Her warm, bright smile made us feel welcome every single time we walked in. She talks to us with such a friendly spirit that it felt like catching up with a friend rather than just being served. She is remarkably fast and always made sure our table was set perfectly before we even sat down. She is a huge reason the restaurant feels so special. + Birtukan: She is an absolute star! She looked after our group almost every day and provided the best service. She is so welcoming and has a big, genuine smile that makes you feel right at home. I loved how she spoke with us so naturally and treated us like family. She has an amazing memory and remembered exactly what we liked to order every time. She is very professional, quick, and makes sure every detail on the table is exactly right. The restaurant wouldn't be the same without her. + Takele (the Barman): When it was time to unwind, we headed straight to the bar. We specifically chose seats near the bar just to be closer to Takele’s incredible music selections. His mixes are phenomenal. He has a perfect ear for setting the right atmosphere, and we all loved his playlists. Beyond the music, Takele is a fantastic host. He is incredibly welcoming, always wearing a smile, and makes sure every guest feels like the guest of honor. + Mikiyas: He is fast, professional, and very good at his job. He made every meal feel special with his polite and helpful nature. He is a key part of the team and made sure our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable every single day. + Teshome & Aman (The Bosses): You can clearly see that this hotel is run by true professionals. They are fully dedicated to making every guest happy and they run the hotel perfectly. Everything is organized but still feels very friendly. On our last day, they went above and beyond by organizing a special farewell event for us. They brought out a delicious cake and were joined by the kitchen crew and chefs to say goodbye. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture that we will never forget. Thank you, Teshome and Aman, for leading such a wonderful team! The Experience: + The Rooms: My room was top-notch—modern, very comfortable, and quiet. The cleaning staff deserves a gold star; it was spotless every single day of my 11-day trip. + Meeting Rooms: I used the conference facilities during my stay, and the service was seamless. Everything was set up on time, and the tech worked perfectly. + Food: The restaurant serves delicious meals. I ate there frequently, and the quality was consistent every time. If you are looking for a place in Addis where you’ll be treated like family, this is it. I’ll definitely be back!
