“Perfectly Served!”
The hotel is very organized and clean enough to accommodate guests who arrive for businesses or vacation... The staff is very friendly; especially front Desk people are very professional and will provide full of information for people needs. Especial thanks to Meron, Tsedey, Bethy and Genet.

Joseph the manager of the breakfast room on the 13th floor, I congratulate him.. most heartfelt because he is very professional in his work. “Nice Experience”
Monarch Hotel is high quality service. It is located in a good position with a nice view on the city. Rooms are spacious and clean, restaurants and food are good. Breakfast service is especially good thanks to Joseph and his staff. Only thing I think should be improved is kitchen forniture in apart… more
