“Thank you”
We had an excellent stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back. Highly recommended!

“Fantastic Experience!”
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel in Helsinki. Amazing 5 star experience lovely rooms and the best staff. The location is perfect. It’s so easy to get around. They also have a great Spa and Sauna! I will stay here again when I’m next in Helsinki.

“Above and beyond”
From arrival to departure we had a 5-star stay. The room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The hotel staff were exceptional and a credit to the hotel. Chefs went above and beyond for my dietary needs including an evening cocktail at Kupoli.

Had to wait a bit to the last minute to get a deal on this place, but it was the one I really wanted to stay in Helsinki. “What - no lobby???”
I did not feel that the "deluxe" room status was accurate. Upgrade from superior, not really. When you have no closet and hang your clothes on a ple over the suitcase rack, one chair for two people all grey decor..... The location, Staff and breakfast were excellent.
