Noli Sörnäinen is well-located with several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We stayed in a large studio with a panoramic view, which was nicely spacious. The photos made it look a bit better than it actually was, but it wasn't bad. The window offered a beautiful city view, and the room was surprisingly quiet despite being in a busy area. The room came with most kitchen accessories, so you could cook or do laundry if needed. Parking was available for an extra fee, secure and convenient. Good short/long term residence two stops on the metro from the center of Helsinki. Lots of places to eat+ drink around and also supermarkets. Well connected to the tram too on the doorstep. The studios themselves are comfortable but one thing I didn't like was no headboard, I also had a standing lamp placed in front of the wardrobe which meant I couldn't really use both. Very clean but a bit small. Good facilities including saunas, hot tub and also a roof terrace to chill. Would stay here again, only negative was size of studio and self check in experience as only one machine worked and I had to speak to someone anyway to check in

This type of aparthotel is an interesting alternative to traditional hotels. Unfortunately, the lack of a reception desk and the need for self-check-in using an access code can be problematic. In my case, the code did not arrive at all. It was not sent to me. Fortunately, there was a staff member on-site, but if I had arrived after 10:00 PM, the situation could have been much more difficult, as the staff works only until that time. The rooms are relatively small but well-equipped. Cleanliness is at a satisfactory level. The windows, blinds, and curtains are dirty. Moreover, the windows cannot be opened, and the air conditioning is set to a rather high temperature, which is not healthy for sleeping. You can only adjust the temperature by +/-2 degrees from the centrally set temperature. The beds are a bit of an issue. Instead of traditional, comfortable mattresses, you will only find toppers or futons, which do not provide adequate sleeping comfort. It is known that a functional mattress with a firmness of 6.5 ensures healthy sleep. There are also no power outlets near the bed, which can be inconvenient. The common area, on the other hand, is very pleasant and functional. Relaxation areas, such as the game room, shared kitchen, and terrace, are a big advantage. The jacuzzi and sauna work flawlessly, although the gender-segregated sauna is inconvenient and archaic. The hotel's surroundings are friendly and offer many amenities. Nearby, there are shops, restaurants, and bars, which is a big plus. The proximity to a tram stop and a metro station makes it very convenient to get to other parts of the city. This is a good option for both longer and shorter stays. Despite a few shortcomings, such as the lack of a reception and uncomfortable beds, this place offers many amenities that can make the stay pleasant.

“Good and affordable ”

Clean and comfortable. Easy check-in. Nice atmosphere. Bit hot during the summer and the all double beds I've had have been on the small side: ok for couples but not so much for friends sharing. Would visit again and have already been here several times.
