“Exceptional Luxury in Helsinki”
The brand new Waldorf Astoria Helsinki is in a luxury class all by itself. In particular, the Head Concierge, Sami Joutsenvuo, can make anything happen - from helping us with luggage issues to getting us impossible reservations at the best restaurants. He helped make our stay memorable.

“Perfect hotel stay”
Amazing hotel experience. Every detail was perfect. From reception to the concierge to the bartender to the staff, you could tell they were well trained and could not have been nicer and more attentive. “Amazing Hotel”
Cannot say enough about this hotel. Staff & facility was “World Class” and this is one hotel you must stay at!! My favorite European Hotel Without a doubt!! Cannot wait to return.
