The hotel was what I expected from a three star hotel, no frills, but it was clean, comfortable, had friendly and helpful staff, a decent breakfast every day with a good selection. The beds were comfortable. The ski lockers were great. The location was brilliant and offered real ski in ski out convenience. I went with friends and it was very highly regarded by all in my group. It’s not luxury but it ticked all the boxes for value, comfort and convenience for a lads trip (in our 50’s, so nothing outrageous). It was quiet at night too. Recommended.

Just back from a ski break with 2 friends. Staff at the hotel are really helpful and friendly - special recognition to the barman. The hotel is easily located to get to the Diable lift which whisks you up to the slopes in no time. It has it's own hire shop so renting equipment was simple. Our triple room was simple but clean and the beds were comfy (I like a firm bed). Only complaint on the room would be that the shower didn't get overly warm at times. Breakfast is a buffet and is varied enough to fuel up on for the day. Not spectacular but at the price point was surprisingly good. The hotel has a terrace and serves food at lunchtime and in evenings although we ate out as it's quick and easy to access the main areas of Les2Alpes. We'd use again if visiting Les2Alpes.

“Ski break at the Aalborg”

We have just had 4 nights at the Aalborg and our stay was very good. The hotel is very clean, staff are excellent and the ski in ski location is really good giving easy access to the huge ski area. Even the school party there were no trouble! Would definitely come back

In February, my school and I went on a skiing trip. For a school trip I never expected much, but I was disappointed at times. First off, the breakfast was very limited, there was not much choice. Hard cold bacon and scrambled eggs were the only protein we got for hours of skiing. When we had our morning of skiing, we came back to the hotel to have lunch, which were the most edible meals we had the entire trip. Finally, for dinner, the meals were absolutely atrocious, one night we were literally served slop. The rooms were small, but for sleep they did the job. The best thing about the hotel was the fact that the ski rentals were right inside the hotel, and we could walk out and ski off. Overall, this hotel was very disappointing.
