We had a fantastic time here. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with the rooms upstairs and a lounge and kitchen downstairs. We ate in most evenings and found the kitchen equipment sufficient for our needs. The apartment was of a high standard and the beds including the sofa bed was comfy. The pool was amazing and a great facility. I emailed the hotel before arriving asking for a room far from the bar as I heard it was noisy. The hotel did as requested and we were far away so thank you! The layout in the boot room took some getting used too. Perhaps better signage would help. You need one entrance to get in and another to get out. We would definitely stay here again if in Méribel!

We had a wonderful week staying here. Our 2 bed apartment was stunning and we had a Mountain view. We did have to collect extra bedding for the sofa bed but reception were super friendly and the bed was big and comfy. Yes it takes a while to navigate the hotel but everything was close for us on level 1. The spa and pool area were a godsend at the end of the day. The boot room lockers were great for 5 people’s gear. We had an issue with our return transfer and reception kindly phones a local company on our behalf to arrange another one. We were very grateful as we only just made our flight home. The pub was lovely and had a free pool table to use. We would stay again! Emma

We stayed here for a week whilst skiing in Meribel. We had a three bedroom apartment on the 5th floor. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and the staff at the front desk were friendly. Rooms are spacious and well appointed on the whole. They have a modern themed furnishings. Here is what you might find useful to know: Bedrooms: These are located upstairs in the apartment. Be careful on the stairs as they can be slippery in just socks! There is also a stair gate at the top of the stairs. rooms were generally spacious and would easily accommodate 6-8 people including the very large sofa bed in the living room. Two of the rooms had en-suite showers and one also had an en-suite toilet. The room with an en-suite toilet / shower was clearly meant for couple with double sinks, but as the shower and toilet are in the room (quite literally) you can see the full shower whilst you lie in bed. The toilet also isn’t very private! The room is a tight squeeze also and we could barely squeeze down the base of the bed to one side of the bed and the small vanity area set up. The second bedroom had a shower and sink and this was much larger. I think this room could have been split into two singles as it looked like separate bases - worth asking if you need this configuration. I wish we would have asked as this would have suited us better! The third bedroom was two singles. Bathrooms: Upstairs as well as the two en-suites there was a separate toilet and bathroom with bath. This was spacious and would be good for bathing smaller children. It also had a shower over it. Downstairs by the front door there was a 3rd toilet. Each person gets a big towel and small towel and a couple of the rooms also had robes in also. You can ask the front desk for more. You do not automatically get a hand towel for the two toilets (for example) Amenities kits: You get a small kitchen one with dishwasher tablets, cloth, washing up liquid. You also get a hand soap and hair / body soap bar in the bathrooms. There were plenty for each person to have their own. Kitchen: The kitchen was a little bit odd (and our friends were in a two bed which was laid out much better). It was a small corner in the living room which was tricky for more than one person to be “cooking” at the same time and there was no work counter space. There were plenty of cups / glasses / plates as well as a decent sized fridge and oven as well as dishwasher. Many of the kitchen items had been stored away from the kitchen in the shelving by the front door so when you were booking you had to walk round the sofa and through the living area to get a knife! Living area: The room had two big sofas and a long table. The table only 5 chairs however - so not sure where everyone else should sit during dinner! There is an also a balcony with 5 seats and two small tables. The balcony had a lovely view of the mountains. Other points to note: We visited at a time when the weather was variable (went from -3 to 22 degrees c). However the room was very warm and even in cold days we had all the heating off. There are thermostats on a couple of the radiators and in the living room and main bedroom, however we turned all of those off as it was so warm. It appeared there might have been a cooling / aircon facility but we couldn’t get it to work and in the smallest bedroom our children complained they were too hot as the windows (sky lights) wouldn’t stay open to cool the room down. In the other two bedrooms there are windows that can be opened, but be careful as these have no limitors on them so can be opened fully and also if you have more than one open it causes all the doors and windows to slam shut - one night was very windy and the window and door slammed during the night and I jumped a mile!!! With the warmth in the room it was very hard to dry wet gloves / clothing. There were heated towel rails in each bathroom but the front desk informed me that most had been turned off due to overheating and causing a burn risk. We had one which we could turn on to dry wet things. The front desk will exchange wet towels due to this. There is a safe in the third bedroom for valuables. We did get a few funny smells whilst staying but they usually went after flushing toilets / running showers. On site: There is a pool on site including a hot tub and small baby area. There are a couple of seats by the pool. Each room has a ski locker, however we found it was quite a long walk when wearing ski boots to the lifts, so would recommend sliders to walk in and then swap to ski boots by the lifts. Also we saw a number of people renting ski lockers right under the ski lifts and we would consider this also for a future visit. The ski rooms is very warm so wet boots dry out. There is also a laundry on site. We used it once. The machines are new. It was €7 to do a big wash and this included the detergent (which is added automatically). You can pay via Apple Pay. Location: The apartments are well located with a 2 min walk to a super market and other shops and many restaurants near by! There is a “casino” supermarket opposite, as well as two Spar shops around 10 min walk. The biggest supermarket is the Spar which is down the hill, turn left out of the apartments. There is no large supermarket in the resort, nearest in 20 min car ride as far as I know. Food is expensive vs UK supermarkets (for example €12 for two chicken breasts) so worth considering bring some essentials from home if you have room in your luggage. We brought coffee, chocolate, etc. There are also a number of shops selling cheese, wine, meat etc. We especially liked the local boulangerie - the bread, breakfast pastries and cakes were so good!! Ski lifts are a 10 min walk downhill, there is an also the bus that stops close by the hotel if needed. We found it an easy walk, just not so comfortable in ski boots.
