“Incredible”
Truly spectacular hotel and food was the best we have had for half board. Creative fresh and tasty food with fish and meat options changing every night. Beautiful spa area open from 7am-10pm everyday and a handy boot and ski room. We can’t wait to go back

“Excellent find would stay again”
Really helpful friendly staff, loads of extras.Central. Loses one mark for the Spa facilities which didn't work well or were completely out of order on some days

“Great stay in a basic but comfortable hotel”
Great stay, the hotel has everything you need in a basic way. Food good. Boot room is a good size, no boot warmers. Bar is a good size, though very hot! We had a mezzanine family room, it was a great size for 4 of us, it would have been great if more had been made of the mezzanine landing space… more

“Great hotel”
The food is what makes this hotel stand out. Absolutely fantastic and you will never feel hungry. Rooms were a fair size and beds were comfortable. Cleaned daily. A shame there is only one lift. Can be a long wait for top floors so be prepared for lots of climbing stairs after a long day on the slo… more

“Great hotel close to town centre and slopes”
Great hotel close to centre of La Clusaz - perfect for skiers - breakfast good - we had a triple room which was perfectly adequate- complimentary alcoholic drinks between 6pm to 11pm which was excellent staff pleasant and helpful - really enjoyed our stay here
