A VERY nice hotel, with special note of service to Paulina at the front desk and David who helped us with every small detail. “Great location, very clean and comfortable”
Our room was big, clean and comfortable (especially the bed and pillows), plenty of space to put luggage aside without tripping over it, has coffee and tea facilities along with a stocked fridge (full of complimentary drinks, no milk) staff were very helpful and friendly, had a great stay

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Boscalo Hotel in Lyon last week. The staff were just excellent. Every one of them. The room was extremely clean and they even cleaned twice per day.
