Ok I agree there were a few minor maintenance issues that could have made this into a five star review but generally, a really nice apartment! “Ok”
Room not air conditioned only had fan which did nothing. Sofa bed good size. Plenty of space and shower was great. Breakfast was scarce and not very much choice. Metro right outside which is good to get to city. Overall an OK hotel.

“If you have no high expectations”
This place was booked by a friend of mine. The whole idea was to stay there in order to watch a soccer/football game at the Parc OL. We were 4 in a small flat and I have no major complains.
