My wife and I traveled to Lyon for the Taylor Swift concert and our original hotel canceled on us about 1 hour before our arrival. We booked with the Ruck hotel and checked in late in the day. Decent hotel in the industrial area. Wonderful staff throughout the hotel. Two swift lifts. Hallways were quite dark, making it difficult to see the room numbers. The room was basic.
