“You won't find this level of service anywhere else”
The guy in charge of the night shift (Eliman or something like this?) can teach hotels around Lyon how to manage walk-in clients. “Very good stay”
Customer attention is very good. At the restaurant and at the welcome desk. Good food and very good breakfast. By the way, I would have appreciate fried eggs, sausages and baked beans. Good location next to Eurexpo. Nice spa and swimming pool.

“stopover on the way home”
Good hotel - convenient, clean, friendly. Positive difference for us was having a restaurant on site - very nice dinner and breakfast; friendly staff. Easy to book online - but one star off because we couldn't access the Family Offer advertised on the website, so had to pay full price for 2 rooms.
