Our stay was very nice. The personnel at the reception was very nice and helpful even if they closed at 20h and them there was no more possibility to play the billiard which is a shame as people come back from ski around 6. The personnel at the massage part was great and we enjoyed very much our procedures. The pool part was ok but too many kids everywhere without surveying. The common area is really not nice anymore and needs to be refreshed. Our flat was ok but the kitchen part was not nice - too used and we see that the regular cleaning was not done properly which is a shame. If a little refreshment is done it will be perfect again

This is high quality skiing apartment accommodation provided by CGH. I had a good, quiet stay, with friendly staff. Room - stayed in a 3 room apartment. 2 more adults could have slept in living space on pull out beds but would have been cosy. One toilet only. Kitchen was well equipped and apartment clean on arrival. DVD player available to borrow for free. Lovely view of mountains and morning sunrise on peaks. Location - conveniently located for ski hire, boulangerie (7 am opening) and shops. Downhill from main lift TUFS and main ESF meeting point, which requires a walk of 200m to reach. Skiable if sufficient snow coverage. Rubbish bins just outside accommodation. Self-vend lift pass machine and ESF office also directly outside. Other facilities - The ski lockers are accessed via steps (basement level -1) and unusually there is a communal heated boot room on a mezzanine level. Both worked fine during our stay, but without driers in the lockers equipment remained damp. Spa facilities - include 2 jacuzzis, 2 steam rooms, 2 saunas, swimming pool and showers with changing rooms and lockers. These facilities are shared with the nearby CGH La Jhana and Ferme du Val Claret. All operating during our stay. Windowed with view of mountains. Staff - friendly, helpful and bilingual. The nearby La Jhana was another option, but I preferred the walk to the lifts in exchange for an on site spa. The La Jhana rooms I saw were slightly smaller than those in Le Nevada.

I came here with my family for a week. We all thought it was a reasonable apartment connected to a fantastic spa. The staff are absolutely superb receptionists we're very helpful (Liriel and Lisa). When our car broke down the hotel's two technicians (Niels and Gaetan) went well beyond what was expected of them, they tried to jumpstart the car and we all spent some time trying to fix it. When unsuccessful Lisa helped with contacting the garage and translating despite being very busy on the desk. We took up a huge amount for their time and they did a very good job of pretending we didn't. It's in a fairly unbeatable location, slopes are a short walk as is Sherpa. The apartment was well equipped with a decent ski locker. I would give it 5 star except the hotel was a bit stingy. Not enough toilet roll, towling robes for the spa were extra, no salt or pepper, extra for parking, extra for late check out etc. it was just small touches that made it feel quite ungenerous. Having said all this, we would definitely come again.

“Good hotel, strange times of facilities.”

You can’t really fault the hotel. Has a lot for self catering amenities. Nice staff, nice rooms and good facilities. Although simple things could make a big difference, not rationing toilet roll, not having to do an inventory upon arrival etc. Having a pool table is strange as the reception seems… more

You can’t really fault the hotel. Has a lot for self catering amenities. Nice staff, nice rooms and good facilities. Although simple things could make a big difference, not rationing toilet roll, not having to do an inventory upon arrival etc. Having a pool table is strange as the reception seems to never be open to play, the swimming pool and all spa facilities only open at 10, a use of facilities before skiing would be nice, pool and jacuzzi cold but manageable. I would stay again but like a say, change a few simple things and would make a big difference. Also having to clean up, empty bins and wipe down all cooker and leave everything as it was, is ok, but they threaten you with a charge if all isn’t done…..seems harsh.
