Many thanks to the Alpine Elements team for a great week! Matt (Alpine Elements rep) is - very helpful and makes an effort with everybody. Amazing scenery, first class food and activities! The white water rafting and e-biking included were excellent, and the rooms very clean and well- equipped. The Alpine Elements team were all very approachable and helpful, and we were fortunate in staying there alongside a great group of other guests. Happy Bike Camp in Tignes were also a great group of MTB’ers and much enjoyed by our son….An all- round fantastic week! Thanks to the whole team!

Wau !! Being staying if different ski chalets in France for 30 years, this was my by far best stay. Tetras Lodge is not a chalet, it is a hotel. A small one but extremely good experience. It is located in a very small, original French village, not a purpose built ski resort. A very small and quiet village, but enough bars and restaurants to go around. However, you cant find better food or drinks than they serve at Tetras. The hotel bar is quite small but the atmosphere and the service is great. No reason to look for better drinks or prices in the village. They also have some magicians working in the kitchen, food is of great value. One of the best features in the hotel was the wellness center: outside hot tube, sauna and hamman, all new and great value. I was travelling solo, the double room was luxurious for me, for two people the storage may be a little small. Bathroom very well equipped, small fridge in the room handy. Also a nice warmer / dryer in the bathroom to keep your skiwear dry. Airconditioning in the room worked well, no matter if you preferred 18 or 24 celcius. And the service was definitely 5 star, for all people involved. Free wifi very good, no problem streaming ball games from back home. For senior people or people with young kids, it should be known the hotel is some 400 m from the lifts. It is a flat street but with your boots on, carrying your equipment may be a little struggle. But I rented a heated ski locker by the lifts, very reasonable pricing, and it is a very easy walk after a hard day on the slopes when you can walk back to hotel with your tennis shoes and maybe have a few drinks. Highly recommeded.

Terras is a nice comfortable hotel run by alpine elements. Whilst good clean and hospitable it lacked the special touches you expect in a 4 start hotel. Terras is a nice comfortable hotel run by alpine elements. Whilst good clean and hospitable it lacked the special touches you expect in a 4 start hotel. Yes there was a hot tub, sauna and steam room but no robes to go from your room in! Food was ok but nothing special and the canapés were poor at best. No wine with dinner is a cost cut too far in my opinion. The walk to and from the slopes was manageable but hard at the end of the day on boots and carrying skis and poles. A small mini bus would improve this offer immeasurably. Overall acceptable but I wouldn’t return!
