I stayed a few nights at this hotel in May 2018. The hotel has a perfect location, corresponding with its name ("Arrival"): it is opposite the railway station, on the margins of a beautiful, modern square, and within 15 minutes of most points of the city, including the medieval center. The hotel has the feeling of an older British pub (there is in fact a pub at the ground floor, owned by the hotel, although you would not hear it since everything is very quiet). The room I took (superior) was in fact an apartment, which was a nice surprise. It was extremely large, with space for everything. However, it had some funny issues. For example there was one inner door, both for the bathroom, as for the sleeping room. One could close one of them, but not the other, at the same time. The kitchen, while stocked with apparatus (microwave, cooking machine (electrical), water boiler), was almost empty of utensils to use it with. The shower was kind of falling out of its inner piping. This was to a point compensated by the beautiful view, the quietness, and one must say the very very good bedding. Breakfast is a basic affair (some bread, some spreads, a few sweets, sometimes fruit, milk and coffee), but good to have, particularly for the coffee and croissants. Wifi was also outstanding. All in all, for Guingamp, I do not regret going there, as it was a very reasonable choice. However, they could upgrade a little in the future.

“Over-priced average central town hotel”

I needed a small hotel centrally located for a business trip and this seemed to suit the bill. From the outside it looks a pleasant little hotel with a bar attached. It is but needs a bit of a makeover. The room was very small and the shower room miniscule and badly designed. Pleasant staff did not make up for the low rent ffel at high rent prices. 30-40 € per night would have been acceptable but the 60€ (including basic breakfast) was excessive. Convenient is the best I can say.

“Ok for a short stay”

Had a couple of nights here last week. Didn't start too well as the hotel seemed to be unaware of my booking. My printed confirmation seemed to fix that one. Had a couple of nights here last week. Didn't start too well as the hotel seemed to be unaware of my booking. My printed confirmation seemed to fix that one. The room was at the front of the hotel and was quiet enough. I couldn't open the door more than a quarter as the bed was blocking the way. However a little persuasion sorted it out. Room was compact but complete. No luxuries in the room such as tea and coffee facilities and even items such as a plug for the sink were absent. I connected to the internet of the local railway terminal and got excellent speeds so working was nice and quick. There is a bar that also serves sandwiches and salads which I didn't use as I went into the town center for something to eat. Breakfast was a standard continental affair and was good value. Staff were ok and checkout straight forward. The hotel has plenty of free parking at the front and there is the railway car park next door. The hotel was rated a two star and I cant disagree with that.

“Good for a night”

We stayed here on a layover. It is very handy just in front of the train station. The room was comfortable and quiet. Just make sure you have the entry code if you will be out late. Don't expect a lot of space but was just for sleeping. We would stay again.
