“Good for one night stay whilst en route”
We stay often as a break on our drive from the ferry in St Malo to South of Brittany or beyond. Near the N137, easy to find, about 45 mins to 1 hour from St Malo depending on traffic. “First visit to Rennes”
Comfortable business hotel. Clean spacious rooms and good breakfast. Hotel is located in an industrial area. Separate bathroom and toilet. Friendly staff. I was here for the first time but I will certainly come back next time when I'm visiting Rennes.

“Nice business hotel outside Rennes”
The rooms are modern, bed is really comfy, size is good. The glass bathroom is clean and the shower is wide which offers you a really pleasant experience. Amenities are good quality, towels are new. “In a noisy spot”
This hotel is very noisy, trucks are bipping all the time outside as soon as the sun rises. Rooms are nice but don't go there if you need to sleep. The alarm also started for no reason in the corridor and there was noise in the parking until 1:00am.
