We have spent 3 days in this hotel with our two kids. The staff is vert pleasant, infrastructure is good quality. The hotel is very well located, 5 min walking distance rrom city center and right in front of the lake. Swming pool is great for the kids. Spa is very small but massages are very good quality. We will come back next year without hesitation!

“Not worth the money”

Good points: good service, people were doing their best to accommodate us, they were smiling and gentle. The pool is nice and the spa area quite good and available on reservation, which means that it does not get crowded. The massage was awesome:) beautiful location also, just on the lake. Good points: good service, people were doing their best to accommodate us, they were smiling and gentle. The pool is nice and the spa area quite good and available on reservation, which means that it does not get crowded. The massage was awesome:) beautiful location also, just on the lake. Bad points: extremely expensive for nothing much. The breakfast was of low quality, not well provided for, the rooms old, which was not giving a clean feeling, and very very poorly sound insulated. We slept badly due to the quality of the mattresses.....not going back for sure.

“Nice Location, Nice Hotel, Average Service”

We stayed for 4 days during our trip around the Vosges. The hotel was in a lovely location on the edge of the lake and within walking distance of the town centre. We stayed for 4 days during our trip around the Vosges. The hotel was in a lovely location on the edge of the lake and within walking distance of the town centre. It was also a good base to explore the mountains and area. Ample private parking. The room was nice, a good size and well presented. Unfortunately the staff service was pretty poor and focused on French tourists, the staff didn't speak English or even attempt to even though we attempted to speak in French where possible. None of the brochures or hotel details were written in English either, so it was difficult to feel a valued customer. The food was OK, but as the staff didn't assist us we went into the town for our main meals. It was a shame because the hotel was in a perfect location with nice rooms but we will not return.

“Good location and facilities but price and breakfast lets it down”

Very good location next to the lake with easy access to the town but as with most of France now the cost of staying makes it poor value. Room was OK as was the bathroom, decent size and clean. Very good location next to the lake with easy access to the town but as with most of France now the cost of staying makes it poor value. Room was OK as was the bathroom, decent size and clean. Staying with a group of 28 bikers we all like a beer or two (when not riding) but at 8€ for less than a pint not very good, even worse was 10€ for a G&T. We had pre-paid set meals that were OK but when paying next day for a bottle of wine the room bill automatically included four coffee's from dinner (2 nights). No question 'did you have coffee? just a demand too pay for it. Looks like it's back to Spain then.
