“Brilliant in every way!”
What a lovely stay at this family run hotel. No effort was too much, the owners bring a real personal touch to the way they run the business. Brilliant location, lovely rooms, nice breakfast, all very clean. As a family of 5, we really enjoyed our stay snd will definitely go back!

“Okay stay”
We had a nice stay in this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Location next to the lake and plenty of eating options within walking distance. One minor: in a 3* at 150€ a night, breakfast should be included. (13€ extra per person) Oh and a shower curtain would be nice. Had to sit down and use… more

“Very good location for a short stay”
We spent only one night in Gerardmer and opted for La Reserve as the hotel is very well located. We found the place comfortable, very clean and relatively calm. Nice view on the lake and close enough to enjoy nice walk. The personal is very nice and friendly.

“Comfortable hotel”
We stayed for one night, well presented and exceptionally clean rooms- a good sized bathroom with a large shower. Tea and coffee facilities available within the room. “Perfect location”
Very nice hotel. Modern and very clean. Bathroom was lovely with a good shower. Let us park our motorcycle in the garage and never charged us for it. We speak very little French but still managed to have a laugh with the receptionist.
