“Superb Stay”
Excellent stay at Kyriad Troyes Centre. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, well appointed and clean. All staff were very friendly, accommodating and professional. “Booked parking but told we didn't!”
When you drive for 3 hours and you are told you did not book a parking spot when you have written proof that you did,it can be annoying,add the fact that room 307's toilet seat and shower actually screams when you turn it on is doubly annoying. But in the end we got a private parking spot...

“Needs attention to room renovation and especially soiled carpets.”

“Ok for an overnight stay”
Rooms starting to look tired and dated. Hospitality tray not worth it. Only 1 tea bag left- asked for just 1 more and the look and comments you would think I had asked for a kidney. Clean and comfortable bed for 1 night but I wouldn’t want to stay longer as reception staff not welcoming
