“Hotel de L’Europe is very nice”
Great location and helpful staff. Very accommodating for early arrivals before checkin. Our only concern is that the rooms are very dark - not nearly enough lighting! It would truly be outstanding with improved lighting.

“Why did we have to leave!”
This was a wonderful place to stay. We booked a bigger room which had windows on 2 sides. The most comfortable bed with nice sheets and pillows. Nice clean wooden floor . The bathroom was very small but it’s an old building so we understand. Stayed for 3 nights but wish we had booked a longer stay… more

“We shall return”
The property is located in the pedestrianised city centre which was a little daunting at first but, having learned to speak appropriately to the bollards which then go to ground to allow ingress, everything was just super. Secure parking was next door to the hotel (limited so be sure to pre-book)… more

While the staff are very friendly and helpful we would honestly only rate this a 2 star property. Certainly a historic building but that’s where the charm ends.
