We (2 couples)spent a night at the Mercure Arras in early October. We were very impressed with the staff at reception/checking . The location was excellent and close to many sites and restaurants. “Excellent - recommend & would stay again”
From arrival to leaving we had a perfect stay. Secure car park was great, friendly receptionist and easy check in. Hotel room was just the right size for our short stay. Good size bathroom with excellent shower booth. Good lighting and seating.

“Superb hotel, great value for money”
Superb hotel, had everything one needs for an overnight (or longer) stay. Easy parking, warm welcome. Room facilities were excellent. Restaurant was good and stayed open for us as we arrived around closing. Breakfast was outstanding and all staff were very helpful. Definitely will stay again

“Good choice in beautiful Arras”
The receptionist that checked us in was very friendly and helpful with giving us dining and sightseeing recommendations. The room was ready despite us arriving early. Suggestion would be to offer a Nespresso machine for coffee in the room. Pillows could also be better and a separate shampoo instead… more
