“How Mercure should be”
We stayed for one night and it was our second visit since 2017. Lobby and rooms have been renovated since. “Excellent - recommend & would stay again”
From arrival to leaving we had a perfect stay. Secure car park was great, friendly receptionist and easy check in. Hotel room was just the right size for our short stay. Good size bathroom with excellent shower booth. Good lighting and seating.

“Good choice in beautiful Arras”
The receptionist that checked us in was very friendly and helpful with giving us dining and sightseeing recommendations. The room was ready despite us arriving early. Suggestion would be to offer a Nespresso machine for coffee in the room. Pillows could also be better and a separate shampoo instead… more
