We stayed here as a group of 5, but all in our own rooms. The rooms were all different, which was lovely. My room was a perfect size for 1 person. Possibly a bit snug for a couple on an extended stay, but ideal for a long weekend. Although the rooms were simply furnished, they were very clean and offered all I needed (bed, chair, bedside tables and a larger table for TV, water etc. We didn't have breakfast, although looking through the window this did look popular. It could be purchased daily if you wanted to keep plans flexible. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved the decorations throughout. All in all, a perfect base for our girls trip and I'd be more than happy to return.

Very good location near the Gares and in the downtown to visit the city. Staff very kind. It is an old building with a cute old-fashion lift. The room for a single person is small but enough even to work. The furniture is old but I am not looking an stylish room. It has a desk with its chair and several sockets to connect the laptop. Excellent wifi. Large bathroom. Good heating (it was snowing). The breakfast is served in a very small place. The variety is not very large but enough (with both sweet and non-sweet options). I will stay again.

We stayed for one night. The reception area and corridors to the room were nice, however the room was basic. No plugs in bedroom except one being used by a lamp. Shower was very tiny. The bathroom window was broken, it fell forwards when we went to open it as the top hinge was broken, meaning the bathroom got very steamy and damp when showering as we couldn’t have it open. On the plus side the bed was comfy and room was quiet. Good location too.

This is a charming hotel in the centre of Lille close to the stations and everything in the town. Pleasant enough staff. Room and bathroom spacious, hand held shower was fine. But this first floor room was stuffy and smelly and needed constant ventilation. But opening the windows let in the mosquitos and even with windows shut the constant street noise throughout the entire night meant we had little sleep. No traffic, just the noise of people walking and shouting echoed around the cobbled street and tall church walls. Mosquito bites settled after a week! No air conditioning. Breakfast was good. Get a room at the side rather than facing the church.
