“Most helpful staff”
Superb location, very helpful staff, particularly Romain, a senior member of staff who could not be more helpful, friendly and charming. We will return as we loved Lille. There is so much to see and do and the shopping is wonderful.

Hotel staff were very helpful, especially Ludivire. She went above and beyond to help us find excellent restaurants. Breakfast is worth it, well worth it. “Excellent hotel in perfect position”
Perfect position next to Opera. Many restaurants within 300m. Our room was compact but very comfortable and had a balcony. Excellent large modern bathroom. Good choice of hot and cold food for breakfast. A bar with a small range but no restaurant. Excellent helpful staff.

“Great Location and Good Service”
We stayed at the Mercure Grand Place for a couple of nights when visiting the Christmas markets in December. The hotel is in an incredible location being right in the centre and close to the Old Town along with many restaurants. We also thought the service throughout from the team was really good… more
