“Pleasant business hotel”
Business hotel. Large room, pretty well maintained, decent public areas, Good nights sleep. Nice bar / garden at the back of the hotel (could be noisy on long summer nights of your room is facing out the back?). Didn't explore but seemed to be in the middle of nothing of interest on edge of Lille

“Nice rooms and staff”
Stayed here for 6 nights as a base for some cycling. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were a very good size with a nice, comfy bed and the bathroom was clean and also a good size. The bar had a good selection of drinks and the breakfast buffet had a wide range of food to suit… more

“Needs a refresh. This hotel relies on its fabulous location. The services and attention to detail are not commiserate”
This is a well located accommodation with superlative staff. The hotel is dated. The air conditioning did not work well. The soap dispensers were not refilled. Many other details were overlooked. The breakfast was mediocre. There was no fresh fruit.

“Good accommodations. Bad food.”
Good accommodation and service. Big bed and acceptable bathrooms. But the restaurant food is terrible. Ordered a stuffed zucchini. They brought me half a zucchini with a plate full of stale rice (overcooked) with no taste and a badly seasoned sauce. Definitely a disappointment. Breakfast is nice.
