“Best manager in hospitality area”
Arrivig at 2 am following an Easyjet cancellation we discover another booking failure from them:no room in the hotel. “A good hotel that could be much better”
I've been working in Orly for the last few months and have stayed at a number of different hotels around the airport.The Howard is one of the better ones and is my favourite of the bunch. “Very convenient for airport base”
Excellent reception staff, especially the two ladies . Very helpful and humble. Quite noisy from the street, poor cleaning. Had a situation where my door lock got jammed at night and the receptionist could not open my door, was offered a room instead which was much smaller.
