Location is excellent you could easily walk it if you me able to. Shuttle buses was every 10/20 mins if I remember right and was less than 10 mins into Disneyland. However shuttle buses was chaos. They need to do private shuttles per hotel in my opinion. Fully grown adults pushing a disabled child’s pram out the way to get a space on a bus leaving us the side of the road it’s disgusting. fights kicking off on the bus and pushing and shoving I got taxis toward the end. I genuinely believe with the amount of guests the hotel has they have the means to supply a guest only shuttle bus for guest satisfaction. It’s honestly chaos on the evening. Throw in adults who are drunk out there faces. One man I think might have been the bus driver ensured me and my daughter got on with her wheelchair pram as everyone barged past so he made way god bless him. Right back to the hotel. Cute little shop inside pricing same as everything in Disney. Extra. But handy for bottles of water etc. At check in I felt very judged and discriminated other families didn’t have to pay the 150.00 fine but we did bare in mind we booked march 2025 and Easy Jet said deposit policy wasn’t in place when we booked. Still had to pay not one but two deposits as we had two rooms that’s 300.00 gone from our spending money. That’s a lot of your not expecting it. Throw on the citizens tax and your nearly 400 down before beginning your trip. The deposit needs to be sorted out either you don’t charge it at all or you charge everyone not just judge people based off how they look and pick and choose who you charge. As you’ve completely put us off coming back in future now. We do not look a “rough” type of family. It was me my daughter. My best friend and her finance for my 30th. No smokers, nothing to cause concern. So what they judged based off I have no idea. But it’s off how many people checked in that day didn’t pay a deposit and I think this needs explaining. Hotel other than this was unreal. Beautiful hotel. Bedrooms are nice but bathrooms outdated yellow tile some cracking to it and some mould near the shower. I did take photos I will see if I still have them and attach them here. Rooms though was fantastic. Beautiful and very traditional. My daughter obviously didn’t care about the issues in the bathroom she didn’t even notice them. We had uber delivered to the room and she loved the play area inside. Plus the couple of mini rides near reception are cute. All around good hotel, lobby is truly out of this world. Not worth 150.00 deposit though I’m afraid.

“Not as nice as it looks”

The hotel is pretty average, shabby in places and the food is ok. Breakfast buffet was not great, plastic plates and plastic glasses. It feels tired in most areas, however the outdoor pool area is lovely.

Check in - Zero Stars After driving 1000 kilometres and setting off at 3am, i arrived at the hotel and tried to check in. I was told the card machine was down and could not pay tourist tax as I had no cash. I was told I could not check in until I walked over to the next hotel to with draw cash. I had my 4 year old daughter with me who was exhausted and could barely walk. I explained this to the member of staff who said the manager said no check in until you have cash. This is the worst example of customer service I have ever received and the hotel manager should be ashamed. I could easily have paid later by card as I was staying 6 nights. The hotel manager must be a horrible person to make a little girl go through this when she was half asleep in reception. Vile vile person. The hotel owners should dismiss the manager from the position. The whole staff in general were not very polite and bring the hotel experience down. The only staff who were kind were the cleaners!!!! As for the hotel it self, it was very nice.
