“Chansar, my hero!”

Chansar was amazing at dinner! The best part of the hotel, turned around and otherwise challenging stay. We had issues with our AC, our lights, the curtains, the spa, etc. Chansar managed to make a stressful night a magical one, definitely come visit him at the restaurant!

This relaxing hidden gem is an outstanding hotel in Paris - highly highly recommended. My wife, toddler, and I spent a night here on a staycation and absolutely loved it and was a huge value for money with Paris 5 star hotel prices sky high over the summer months. It's only a 10min walk from the metro station (which is only about 15-20mins from the centre of Paris) where we had a standard room overlooking the garden - it was much bigger than expected and had all the modern amenities you need. The pool/spa area is excellent and had a nice steam room and sauna to use if you wish. We used it twice and certainly helped relaxing. You can book your time in the pool area which is a nice touch to ensure it's never overcrowded. The food and beverage areas were great - a couple of very nice bars, and the breakfast was beautiful. We had room service for dinner which again was excellent - only small point of annoyance was the price of the kids meal - 28 euro... which was too much for out 18 month old. The service throughout the hotel was friendly and very welcoming. We will definitely come back when next in Paris.

Stayed there 3/4 times. If you don’t want the CENTER of Paris commotion and stress and like a more quiet approach and a very good price value in Paris than this is your hotel. Nice spacious rooms. Well equipped nice spa and wellness. Pool is to small but ok. Although they need to pick it up a bit in my point of view to say it is a 5 star hotel. More 4+ but this is up to the management I also experienced that the friendliness of the staff used to be better or better more precies they made you feel more welcoming.
