Be aware, that after 8 PM there is nobody at the reception and if you are arriving after that time, you'll need to figure out how to get your room key from the mailbox in the entrance. “As the name states, sejours et affaires”
I recommend the place as it is very convenient to go to central of Paris. Quite, good for friends and family. Parking available even though I won't recommend a car to hang around as the trafic is terrible.
