Me and my young daughter stayed in this hotel for 3 nights only, our aim was visiting Paris city only. We had great time and the room we had had everything we needed for short stay. It had comfort firm bed (personally I need more pillows), bathroom was clean, little kitchen got more than we needed. I loved the room with kettle and fridge so at least I can make coffee or tea. You can cook if you want, complete cutlery, pans, cooker,fridge, microwave and toaster. But nothing to clean dishes. Hot water and water pressure were ideal. The window opened wide during the night as it was still quite warm to sleep, but we hardly heard any noises. Yes it could be hazard for younger kids, but okay with us. The staffs were helpful and friendly, we had late arrival and very early departure from the hotel. Breakfast included and it was lovely. We used metro everyday, it's approx 15minutes walking to the station. We both thought public transport was so easy to navigate. It's quite a distance if your aim only to Paris as it took 15-20mins by metro. From and to airport we used Uber and it cost us around €30-40 each way. Could be the same price if you used Uber or other taxi to Paris due to traffic, hence we used Metro. It's cheaper, punctual and quicker. We felt safe walking around Paris and back to hotel at night from the station. We came back most days after 9pm. We've seen quite resto around hotel, but we only tried "My Little Warung" just next to the hotel and it was great. The resto mostly only open from 6.30 to 11pm. Generally, we were enjoying our stay and we got what we needed during our visit. Merci Beaucoup!

“good hotel just would likely deposit back”

overall, our experience was very nice in this hotel, we were relatively close to transport lanes to take us into Disneyland and Main Paris, the only downside is that I haven’t received my deposit back or at least the reason as to why we aren’t getting it back. Room was left in immaculate condition … more

overall, our experience was very nice in this hotel, we were relatively close to transport lanes to take us into Disneyland and Main Paris, the only downside is that I haven’t received my deposit back or at least the reason as to why we aren’t getting it back. Room was left in immaculate condition just as we had walked into it so I just like some clarification as to when my money will be refunded as I was told it would reach the bank within a few days and now it has been a few weeks and I can no longer see the transaction in my bank account so I’m really confused on what’s happened?
