I didn’t stay at this hotel, but I feel compelled to leave a review to thank the wonderful staff for their kindness and support during a very stressful moment for my family and me. When we arrived in Paris, I accidentally booked a taxi to this hotel, thinking it was the one we were staying at. The receptionist (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) was incredibly kind and helped us find the correct address for our actual hotel, even writing it down for us. Not long after, I realized I had left my bag in the taxi—a bag containing our passports, money, and everything essential for our holiday. Naturallyj, we were panicked. I returned to this hotel, hoping my bag had been left there, but it wasn’t. Despite this, the staff were so understanding and supportive. They advised me to contact the taxi company and even took my number, promising to get in touch if the driver returned with the bag. To my immense relief, the hotel contacted me later, letting me know the driver had returned with the bag. They even coordinated with the driver to have it delivered to our hotel. This act of kindness and effort went far beyond what anyone could expect and truly saved our holiday. I cannot express how grateful I am for the staff’s help and compassion. Even though I didn’t stay here, their generosity and professionalism left such a positive impression. The hotel itself also seemed very clean and well-located, with shops, a McDonald’s, and a large metro station nearby for easy access to the city. To the staff at this hotel: thank you so much for everything. I’ll always remember how you helped my family during such a difficult time.

“Solid hotel for business”

I stayed here for one night on a business trip to the University. The location vlose to Bibliotheque Francois Mitterand is very convenient and lifts and escalators make access easy, especially with luggage. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was varied and nice, and included cooked food as well as the usual bread, cheese and cured meats. The room was a good size (especially for Paris), clean, and well prepared. There is a small kitchen area with utensils, plates, and refrigerator so those who wish to cook can do so. The bathroom was a good size, with bath and separate toilet area. The shower on the wall was broken, however. There are few attractions in the area but transport links are good and for a business trip it works well.

Perfect place to explore Paris. Good connection with the center (RER C, Metro 14), Orly airport and Disneyland. Staff was friendly and solved every problem we shared with them. Perfect place to explore Paris. Good connection with the center (RER C, Metro 14), Orly airport and Disneyland. Staff was friendly and solved every problem we shared with them. They have large rooms (living and bedroom, two TV sets with Chromecast, etc) and regular rooms (20m2). Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good (including fruit, good coffee and croissants, of course)
