Stayed a night at this hotel and it delivered exactly what we expected - simple, clean and no-nonsense. Location in the 20th is spot on if you want fast access to the rest of the city: the Metro is right outside, Lime bikes everywhere, and there's a handy shop across the road. We cycled into the centre which was ideal. Be aware of the area though. It’s lively (to put it politely). Lots of noise at night - sirens, shouting, the odd drunken argument. Nothing unsafe happened, but it’s not a quiet neighbourhood and first-timers to Paris may get a surprise. If you’re travelling with others and not arriving late solo, it’s absolutely fine value for money. Great base if you want affordability and easy transport rather than a scenic Parisian street. Would stay again for a cheap city break.

“Comfortable location”

Comfortable location, near to the metro, not in the city center, but you don’t need to change metro lines. There is a supermarket just in front of the hotel and a lot of fast food restaurants

“A reasonable price for a good nights sleep in Paris”

I stayed at Hipotel Belgrand for three nights while attending a conference in the area. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the metro and with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable and clean and the staff is very friendly.

This isn't a badly priced hotel for Paris, although it is on the very edge of the city (metro: Porte de Bagnolet). It's a very tall, thin building, which means you can hear what's going on (I couldn't hear the lift, but I could hear other people in their rooms). Rooms would benefit from double glaz… more

This isn't a badly priced hotel for Paris, although it is on the very edge of the city (metro: Porte de Bagnolet). It's a very tall, thin building, which means you can hear what's going on (I couldn't hear the lift, but I could hear other people in their rooms). Rooms would benefit from double glazing to drown out the traffic, and bizarrely, raindrops on the windowsill were so loud that they actually woke me up during the night (it must be the material it's made out of). The hotel does offer breakfast for €7 (too much for me), free left luggage, and also free wifi. What they don't tell you about wifi is that there's a specific link you have to go to in your browser in order to log in (this didn't come up automatically for me so I had to ask). It's also super annoying that you have to leave your key at reception each time you come or go. There's only ever one person at the front desk, so you can expect to wait if they have another customer.

Room is OK, The staff were very nice .I really appreciate Mr,Yusuf was helpful.Speaking very good English, market and train station very close,,Only bugging me two things during stay my one night ..It was Oct 9 th 2018..It was cold night like 13 degree ,I felt cold because hotel Heater was broken and can hear the Vibrations of the elevator going up and down all the time ..Elevator in desperate need for grease,I had a room closed to elevator, It was room #10 1st floor..I did not sleep all the day and I requested another room ,They said all full.It might be lie or true,,They always take key when I go out and return when i coming to the hotel ,,Not fair I found out they always choose my room for cheap rate which was US$72.28 and they charge city tax at the desk.My booking number7368321589 and booked through Trip.com. I am completly not satisfy with the service and kindly request my refund.Thanks
