“Good location”
Good location because proximity to Montparnasse railway and metro stations. However, very little room in a fourth floor without lift, only stairs

“Easily accessible in the 14e arr. - not bad!”
The staff was very friendly and kind, and the room was clean. The sound-proofing could have been better. The bigger disappointment would have been the Wi-Fi, which had really poor connection. “No elevator”
This hotel was okay for the price and location. I wanted to be near the Gare du Montparnasse and it was about a 10 minute walk. The room was quite nice and looks just like the photo. “Good for price but misleading”
We stayed at La Perle for a night before caching train to airport and were disappointed with the hotel. Primary reason we booked this place was for their advertised Airport Transfer Shuttle Service. Which was them advising we take public transportation or they can book us a hundred dollar cab, than… more
