“Nice Hotel Near the Eiffel Tower”
I had a very nice 1 night stay at his hotel. It is basic but comfortable. When I arrived, though, the receptionist was sleeping under a duvet at the desk. It is up steep stairs so you need to be physically able. Nice and close to a metro station which is good.

“Average hotel”
The street on which the hotel is located is pretty quiet, so traffic is not a problem. The hotel is near a metro station, many restaurants, and a grocery store. The room that I had was pretty awful.
