“Hotel perfect located closed by metro and family friendly”

This hotel is perfect to visit Paris with family! Metro just closed by, and best is the staff. We got an issue with a kid getting sick and they moved us room and willing to help ! Thank YOU

A great option, comfortable ,immaculate cleaning and very friendly efficiency staff. Food and drinks good quality professionally served. Quentin offers warm exemplary service . The upgraded Exec room with balcony was spacious, quiet and worth the extra cost in our opinion.

stayed at Novotel Paris Centre Bercy during my visit to Paris and had a pleasant overall experience. One of the hotel's biggest strengths is its location. It is conveniently located near Gare de Lyon and right next to Bercy Metro Station, making it easy to reach major attractions and move around Paris using public transport. The connectivity is excellent and a major advantage for tourists. The lobby is modern and welcoming, although somewhat compact for a property of this category. The staff were courteous, professional, and efficient, though generally reserved in their interactions. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and more spacious than I expected for Paris. The bathroom was particularly impressive, being clean and well designed. Housekeeping standards were good throughout the stay. However, I was surprised that there was no minibar or complimentary bottled water provided in the room. Basic amenities such as a dental kit were also not readily available and had to be collected from the reception upon request. The main area where I felt improvement is needed is the breakfast buffet. While the quality was satisfactory, the menu remained almost unchanged throughout my five-day stay, making breakfast feel repetitive after the first couple of days. A little more variety would significantly enhance the guest experience, especially for longer stays. Overall, Novotel Paris Centre Bercy is a well-located and comfortable hotel that I would recommend to both tourists and business travellers. Its excellent transport connections and good-quality rooms make it a solid choice for staying in Paris.

Great family stay with brilliant transport links – just one small drawback Stayed at Novotel Paris Centre Bercy over Easter 2026 for 3 nights with my wife and our two children (10 and 13), and overall it was a really solid choice for a family trip to Paris. We arrived early after a taxi from Gare du Nord (around a 30-minute journey with traffic) and, although our room wasn’t ready, the staff were welcoming and happy for us to leave our bags and freshen up before heading out. Check-in later was quick and smooth, with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. The family room (double bed plus double sofa bed) worked well for us. It’s not huge, but perfectly adequate given we were out most of the day. A bit random having the toilet separate from the bathroom. One of the biggest positives is the location. Right next to the metro, it made getting around Paris incredibly easy - we used it constantly and found everything well connected. It’s also a pleasant walk to Bercy Village, with plenty of restaurants right on your doorstep if you don’t want the short walk. Despite there being two concerts at the arena next door during our stay, we genuinely wouldn’t have known - no noise issues at all. Breakfast was a hit with the kids. It does get busy around 9am, but it was always well stocked with everything you’d want - sausages, bacon, fruit, cereals, and of course plenty of croissants. Nice extra touches too: one morning there was a balloon modeller and another day a Minion character, which made it feel very family-friendly. The only downside was the air conditioning. We were lucky with warm weather (25–28°C), but the room didn’t seem to have any cool air available- likely centrally controlled. It wasn’t unbearable, but enough to stop this being a full 5-star review. Overall, a great base for exploring Paris with kids—easy transport, good atmosphere, and thoughtful touches for families. Would happily stay again.
