“Hotel staff made us very welcome”
Big thanks to the staff at Novotel who made our stay so special, they were especially attentive and kind to my mum who was treated royally! “What a food let down”
We went recently to this hotel on a coach tour. The room was really good and the bed was really comfy. I would just like to mention the food which I thought was really bad especially the last starter which was suppose to be pork. “Great stay, family hotel, friendly staff”
My sister and I stayed here as part of a coach group. Room, pleasant enough, view over car park so quiet. Beds comfortable and bathroom clean , shower was great.
