Family of 11 visiting Disney and Paris. Three rooms on second floor. Rooms are clean with daily maid service and fresh towels. Reception very good and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful. Large choice so fill your boots. Evening pizzas excellent value but drinks very pricy. My only concern is the swimming pool. No lifeguards/staff at all and can be busy. Shuttle service is excellent. Frequent and free. Direct to Marnee Valley train station and 200m from Disney. It is solely for Ki Space guests. Can get busy so be there with 5/10 to spare. You can also take shuttle to station for Paris trains. Overall a very good week at Ki Space

We came here for a family trip to Disney. The reception staff were helpful during check-in, and the entire place was extremely clean. Our room was nice. Although the sofa bed we requested for our children hadn't been made up initially, a friendly manager in the corridor quickly sorted it out for us while we were out for the evening. When we returned, it was all ready to go. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we all slept great every night of our stay. One fancy feature was the smart mirror in the bathroom, which displayed the weather, date and time. While it could have been a really nice touch, it was incredibly inaccurate and our children noticed the exact same issue in their room. It felt like a bit of a missed opportunity. We decided to eat at the restaurant on our last night and it was delicious! Our waiter was so friendly and gave us some great recommendations. I had the salmon, and it was excellent. We did find the bar was quite expensive. My wife paid £15 for a large glass (250ml) of wine, which put us off using the bar area. It's a shame, because it really is a lovely space to hang out in. The shuttle busses were a great feature of the hotel, about a 20 minute journey. They do get busy at the 9am and 10am slots so do plan head! Overall a nice hotel, unsure if I would stay again.

Good hotel for Disney as a base. There is a free shuttle service which takes about 15 minutes (although this does feel much longer at times) The Shuttle service is provided by the hotel and exclusive for hotel guests, at first we thought this was great however the shuttles were simply not often enough and the buses would become extremely packed. My disabled partner struggled with this as we would be standing on a very busy bus with no room to move and some of the guests at this hotel were just plain rude pushing and shoving each other to get on the bus. I think in peak season such as July/August there should be more shuttles. The room was nice and modern, it had everything we needed, a great shower too. The kitchen cupboard HOWEVER, smelt like sewage when opening it. This didn’t affect us as long as it stayed shut. But the smell was something else! The hotel did seem to be in the middle of no where with nothing around us, a bit like an industrial estate and nothing within easy walking distance which means if you needed something or you wanted a bite to eat you would have to rely on the hotel bar/restaurant. The prices for the restaurant however were extortionate. We were really hungry one night and we had to pay 10 euros for 1 portion of fries! We were desperate and wont be making that mistake again. Probably the most we have ever paid for some fries! Why they feel the need to rip people off like this I do not know! The morning of our transfer home we were really thirsty and I asked reception if i could get a bottle of water that we could take with us, this was around 9am, i was told the shop was closed. I asked if the restaurant or bar could help and was basically told no and that was it. Not good really. There was no vending machines either. No one seemed to be manning the shop at all the whole time we were there. The main thing that disappointed us about this hotel was the 150 euro deposit (yes 150 euro!) we booked this as a package with on the beach and there was no mention of paying this deposit when we booked. Much to our suprise when we were checking in and they asked us for 50 euro tourist tax (fair enough we were expecting this) but then another 150 euro deposit! We obviously had to pay this as we had no other option and now we are STILL waiting for this to be returned to us despite being told 3 days it has been 4 days since we got back so be WARNED! This is the main reason we wouldn’t return back to this hotel.
