This hotel was a perfect stay, it’s about a 10 minute shuttle bus from the Disney park (which is free to use) it operates quiet regular as well to and from the park! We booked a club family room which was perfect for a family of 3, sleeps upto 6! It had 2 x double beds and a sofa bed. It didn’t have a kitchen but it came with a fridge, hot drinks machine and cups/glasses. The bathroom was so modernised and spacious, shower worked really well and had plenty of water coming out of it when in use, easy adjustment to temp you needed as well. The hotel itself was super clean, calm, modern vibes, beautiful reception and the staff are ALL welcoming and super helpful with whatever you needed, great variety of languages spoken so felt easy to communicate at any point. The pool after a long day at Disney is just spot on, it’s absolutely gorgeous to look at and open till 10pm which is great to rest your aching muscles after walking all day, plenty of jet massage options in there! It is an indoor pool so perfect for all weather types id say - the only comment I would make is the locker situation it is so hard to figure out how to use them BUT I never felt unsafe leaving my belonging on the pool side anyway so wasn’t a major issue. I had opted for breakfast every morning and there was plenty to choose from covering most cuisines I’d assume are ate in there respected countries so was nice to try a few different things :) 10/10 to be honest, thank you for having us!

So we just got back from our stay at Ki Space and honestly, what a find! We were a big family group with young kids and elderly relatives and this hotel just worked for us on so many levels. First things first — the bar staff are absolutely INCREDIBLE. Nicolas and Nicky (yes there’s a female Nicky too!) went above and beyond every single time. The wine recommendations were spot on and the service was just chef’s kiss 🤌 These two are the heart of this hotel, genuinely. The rooms — wow. We stayed in a junior suite and it was spotless. Like properly clean, not just hotel clean. Having a little kitchenette with a fridge and microwave was such a bonus especially travelling with kids. Spacious, comfortable and just really well thought out for families. The shuttle to Disney is an absolute lifesaver and honestly one of the main reasons I’d come back. No paying those crazy Disney hotel prices but still getting to the park with ease — yes please! Only gripe is the gap in shuttle times around midday to 5pm. It’s a long wait and when you’ve got tired little ones that’s a real inconvenience. Please sort this out Ki Space! 🙏 Breakfast was lovely — fresh, good variety and a nice way to start the day. One thing though… one pancake machine for a hotel full of kids? Come on! The queue was inevitable and the kids were not patient 😂 Definitely needs a second machine! Check in was a tiny bit odd — had to do it online AND again on arrival which felt a bit repetitive. Minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things but worth flagging. The swimming pool was an absolute hit with the kids. They were in there every chance they got! Overall Ki Space is a brilliant option if you want comfort, great service and easy Disney access without the eye-watering price tag of staying on-site. Would absolutely recommend — just add another pancake machine and sort those shuttle times and it’s a solid 5 stars! 😄

Room is lovely, has everything you need and is comfortable and spotless, the concrete walls feel a bit oppressive after a while and the air con is temperamental. Check in was a bit rushed and confusing - phone key entry to room was annoying and they didn’t explain that gates are locked at night and how to get in (there is a buzzer and you just press to talk to reception but it’s confusing as there is a scan pad so we spent ages trying to scan our phone qr. Pool amazing and very welcome after Disney days - lockers are a farce, couldn’t work them out so took belongings poolside. Breakfast nice, loved the robot helper. Bar in evening the bar staff was rude and unhelpful - she made us feel very unwelcome so just had one drink - bar was empty which was not surprising but it’s a real shame as it’s a fantastic space, lovely big sofas and good music etc. We would stay again it is so well located but just a bit more customer service and help from the staff would’ve made all the difference

First I will start by saying I did not stay at the hotel, but I had a facial and spa access at Ki Spa by Eden des Sens which is within the hotel. The pros: the facial was excellent - the therapist was attentive and went through the consultation then provided an excellent facial and décolletage massage. I had a drink at the bar after, which was well priced and the bartender was friendly and attentive. The staff here are all round great. The cons: the spa itself looks great at first look, but when you look closely you’ll notice shortcomings. To begin, there are no hooks anywhere to hang your robe when you are using the facilities, you either have to take it in the dark steam room or sauna or leave on a chair outside. Also no hand towels or dryers by the sinks in the changing rooms. Hand wash holders are empty and the showers have no amenities at all, as well as the doors not fully closing. If you are booking this for a hotel you will likely already be aware it is a family hotel due to its closeness to Disney land Paris. However, the spa facilities are not open to those under 16, there was a family who somehow managed to get in to the spa area, children making noise and being irritable, destroying an sort of relaxation you had once hoped for. Although it’s accessible only with a keycard and there is a sign to say NO UNDER 16s, bad parents will be bad parents. The unfortunate thing was you cannot find a staff member anywhere to report this to, so you end up having your relaxation interrupted because of irresponsible parents and their offspring. The pool is huge, but again, open to the families. So you have children screaming and shouting right near your ear despite there being ample enough room for them to not have to come anywhere near you. A solution, I think, is if the spa is booking you in for facial/massage etc + access, they advise that the pool will also be in use by families, likely. Alternatively, block out certain times for spa users (adults) only, so we don’t have to put up with other people’s children. Overall, 3 stars because the facial, therapist and bar staff are excellent, as I’m sure are the rest of the staff. 2 stars less because the spa just doesn’t feel like a relaxing experience.
