“Nice stay in Velizy”
Mercure is a 3-4 star hotel with big rooms but needing an upgrade. The hotel is quite comfortable if you take rooms on the higher floors of superior or privilege category. “Below standard expected of Mercure hotels”
The bedroom was clean and comfortable, but had no small toiletries or sanitary bags. I was dismayed to find that many of the plates in the restaurant were chipped and some of the mugs were stained.
