“An all round excellent experience”
The location is fantastic, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and bed super comfortable . Free parking , lovely spa . I could not wish for a better experience . Thank you !

“Very pleasant”
Visited on New Year's day as most Bagnoles eateries appeared closed. What a lucky opportunity. Food and staff superb. Good service in a relaxed manner. Will return

“only a brief stay.”
First time staying at this hotel, but have known of it for many years and from visiing the town on many occasions. It has one of the best locations in the town and lived up to my expectations.

“Great location”
The pleasant staff superb location and good parking let down by a poor breakfast. Lack of staff meant tables not cleared and breakfast items not replaced

“Enjoyable stay”
As per a previous reviewer the hotel is starting to look a little tired in places however building work was being done during our stay, although this did not cause any disruption. The staff were all very friendly. The only down side was that milk was not provided in the room with the tea and coffee… more
