“Our 25th Wedding Anniversary”
An excellent hotel, just as good as we remembered our first visit 25 years ago. The food was excellent, the staff very good. It was easily accessible by public transport, train to Perigeux and onward by bus.

“Fine chateau experience”
Beautiful setting in Dordogne, Perigueux just a few minutes away (the Easter service in Cathedrale Saint-Front was beautiful). Great service, comfortable room. Dinner was one of the best we had in the south of France. 900 yr old Abbaye Notre Dame a short walk up the road.

“A lovely evening”
An excellent hotel. The room was very good for the price- modern and well equipped. The five course set meal was superb. “Terrible place to stay!”
This hotel was part of a touring holiday down the Dordogne. We arrived and took our own luggage to the room via the elevator. The second floor corridor was a real shock: dark, poorly appointed and looked more like a nursing home than a hotel. Dark carpets, drab walls and an old fashioned door key. … more

“Ok for a stopover”
Good staff, breakfast very good. WiFi excellent . Room oddly decorated and no hanging or storage space and room was noisy. You could hear everything from room upstairs and outside your room.
