“Excellent service”
Everything about this stay was very good. The check-in was freindly and professional as was the check-out.. The room was good with excellent bed, and very clean. Ibis brerakfast was up to the usual high standard. Cognac is a wonderful town.

OK, so we know it's a budget hotel, but... the rooms are VERY small, even for this class of hotel. There's no facilities in the room for making a tea or coffee. Apparently EVERY kettle in the hotel was broken. Really? Air-con in the room was subjective. That being said, the service overall was good… more
