Location: This hotel lies around 15 minutes from the island of Ré, within a short distance of the aquarium and the Musée des Automates et Modèles réduits (museum of automated dolls and reduced models) as well as the towers of Saint-Nicolas and La Chaîne, which once defended the old harbour and are today well worth a visit. There is a shopping centre with around 150 shops in the near vicinity and La Rochelle airport is about 10 km away by car.

“It’s a Campanile but without tea/coffee in the rooms”
Easy to find just outside La Rochelle with plenty of free car parking. The staff are excellent, Cedric and Paula greeted us warmly, and Toni helped us in the restaurant. “Reliable campanile”
You can always rely on a campanile and this was no exception. Very clean room with good bed linen. A good overnight stop. Plenty of parking and close to shops if needed. Was quiet and room was ready early. Would recommend
