“Good location and price”
Near from Cité, clean and quiet, convenient for tourism and seminars or other events. The small kitchen could be better but it's enough for short stay.

Cleanliness should be the first priority of any hotel. I found hairs and dirty water streaks on the bath, and that ruined the whole experience, as I find a dirty shower unacceptable.
