“Excellent hotel just outside Carcassonne”
This hotel is well-located for visiting Carcassonne (from some rooms it's just possible to see the walled town), and the people who run it are very helpful and did their best for us. The rooms were very nice, and the breakfast was good.

“Relaxing and peaceful”
Beautifully kept hotel, set in a quiet location. The staff were so very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. “A charming hotel!”
This is a lovely hotel just outside the center of Carcassonne. The staff are wonderful, the breakfast is great, and the rooms are nice. As an American, I wish there was a proper shower vs the tub, but that's my only complaint. It was fantastic otherwise and my wife and I would definitely stay again!

“Good but wouldn’t stay again!”
Check in was very welcoming & parking was easy. Unfortunately when we returned late in the evening & the reception was closed, we found that the aircon didn’t work at all in the room & it was uncomfortably warm overnight resulting in a bad sleep. “Thank god for the pool!”
The pool was amazing and a highlight of our stay for sure. A fridge in the room would have been helpful, given the lacking availability of food around the hotel ( & the hotel not serving drinks past 8pm)
