“Cracking hotel ”
I changed my choice of hotel to this at the last minute and very pleased that I did. I messaged prior to arrival to let them know how early we would be arriving. “Great location, great service.”
Beautiful room. Great location. Friendly staff who helped us very quickly with a couple of requests. Highly recommend. One room’s shower was designed without a door, but house keeping cleaned up the water every morning. The other room had shower with door.

There were good points and bad points about this hotel. It is extremely well located (being just a few minutes walk from Gare Saint Roch and tram line) but more care and attention is needed in other areas. “Good loaction”
Loaction of the hotel is great and generally modern and clean hotel. Air con was centrally controlled and was not on. Able to open window however are was very noisy at night. Breakfast area is a little cramped although breakfast was included in the room rate Staff were friendly and helpful
