“Excellent value for money ”
We stayed here for one night while traveling from France to Spain. The rooms are mini studio flats with a small kitchenette. The ensure bathroom is quite roomy with a small bathtub. “Clean, convenient, well priced”
Not as close to the motorway as some, but clean and handy with a kitchenette. The supermarket was convenient. The room was hot, and you couldn't have the window open as it did a good job of keeping the road noise out. Sadly the noise came from inside, the resident students were not considerate

To be honest, the price is more than reasonable. We paid 175€ for a 5-nights stay. There are kitchenette, microwave, fridge and electric cooking hotplates equipped in the room. A style of students home hotel in the South of Perpignan centre, ideally if you want to visit places South of Perpignan.
