The hotel was conveniently located close to many museums and other places of interest. In addition to being very walkable, the metro station was very close by. The breakfast options were very good as well. The staff was exceptional, especially Patricia who offered a lot of information related to navigating the area. Everyone was very personable and professional. We definitely would stay there again.

“Excellent hotel”

Stayed here for a week. We had 2 rooms, one for our 2 adult daughters and one for my wife and I . The rooms are a little small , but we picked the smaller less expensive rooms. Most rooms in Europe are small , but they were fine. I travel a lot and I’ve never been to a place that has such a GREAT customer service mentality than this place . It is impressive how they treat you. The front desk and the entire staff are helpful, informative and aim to please. They have a nice living room area where you can sit and hangout. We were offered coffee, waters etc. This was free , no nickel and dime-ing like other places. The rooms were cleaned early and nicely done. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Book your stay , you won’t be sorry. Special shout out to Patricia the front desk person and staff member Anna. The other staff members were great also.

This is an overdue review of a wonderful stay my wife and I (and another couple) enjoyed 2 weeks before Christmas. We were there for 9 nights and enjoyed everything about the hotel. What stood out the most was the excellent service Patricia and her staff provided. No request was denied, she anticipated our needs, and made the entire visit amazing. Anna in the breakfast room was equally terrific and even offered to help with a minor laundry issue. The hotel's location of the Left Bank was ideal. Even though it was December, we were able to walk to most museums with ease. Located on a quiet street, we were far from the bustle of the larger hotels on the right bank, but close to restaurants. We have stayed at other Paris hotels, but his is our new "favorite". We are very much looking forward to our next visit.

I come to Paris 2 times a year for business and this time I chose Hotel Academie Saint Germain to take advantage of their great location in the heart of the Saint Germain, a lovely neighbourhood that connects to every landmarks in Paris. The location is excellent. The service is second to none. The reception team are very professional and knowledgeable in their space. I couldn't be more thankful for their hospitality and assistance in every aspect. The room looks all renovated. I enjoyed the french vibe in my double bed room with the completely renovated classic bathroom, especially I loved the jacuzzi in the bathtub after a long meeting. I also strongly recommend booking the room with the breakfast option. The breakfast room is very stylish, cozy and newly renovated with modern furnitures. They offer fresh, just out of the oven French baguettes every morning which was my favorite. You can also have freshly squeezed orange juice which not a lot of hotels in Paris offers. The hotel was very impeccably organized, the room service was 5 star and all the staffs were very kind during my entire one week stay. I recommend this hotel to all of you who wants to have a great experience and memory in Paris. I am booking the Hotel Academie again for my next trip in September.
