We stayed as a family of three for four nights, from 30th July. We were given two bedrooms which were connected by a private corridor, which made it very convenient for our 16 year old son who had his own room. On arrival we were given a brilliant welcome by Suzanne. She was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay and couldn’t do enough for us in terms of helping with recommendations for restaurants, along with helping to book the swimming pool times. Suzanne is an absolute credit to your establishment and you should be proud to have her working for you. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were comfortable. I also enjoyed the quirky design of the decoration in the bedrooms. My partner is coeliac and was given gluten free bread at breakfast time. The breakfasts were brilliant with a fantastic range of fresh breads and fruits. The coffee was also lovely. We enjoyed using the pool after three full days of walking around Paris. It was nice and cold - perfect after we had been baking in mid 30 degree heat! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this hotel again if we return to Paris in the future! Thanks to Suzanne who went above and beyond to make our stay in Paris extra special!

I booked this hotel specifically because it was located close to Montparnasse station which is where we were arriving and departing from. Really lovely staff on the reception desk - we arrived early and left our cases so we go and explore. Our room was a twin as I was visiting with my daughter. The room decor was very funky - the whole hotel has recently undergone renovations and a few bits (the lifts) weren’t quite finished. Our bedroom was immaculate, beds were comfy. It was fine for one night but not huge if you were staying for longer. We didn’t use the pool or wellbeing facilities but they looked lovely and were very quiet. Breakfast was good value and plenty of choice including hot items such as bacon, eggs and sausages. The staff at breakfast were lovely too. We were a 3 min walk to the tube and about 5 mins to Montparnasse which made it an ideal location for a short break.

This hotel is very well located, if you are getting the Beauvais Airport Bus to Paris Port Maillot, you can then take the number 82 bus which drops you off near the hotel after passing right beside all the main tourist attractions. The hotel is very impressive from the outside and you come in to a nice clean reception area with a nice atmosphere. The decor in the reception and breakfast areas is wonderful. The rooms are fantastic, beautifully decorated and have everything you need. The air conditioning was fantastic, very easy to operate and the room was nice and cool in minutes as it was 39 degrees in Paris at one point when we stayed. Despite being in a busy street the windows are well insulated and you we didn't really hear much street noise at all. We arrived on the the first day of the reopening which was special. The staff were very good and I am sorry I did not get all the names, the very tall man who checked us in on the first evening was excellent and chatted to us throughout, Susan is fantastic, very friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay, her customer service is excellent and the young man who took over after her shift finished was also excellent. The breakfast team were also very good, the two ladies in particular provided very good customer service. Thanks also to the manager who managed to find a scales for us to weigh our luggage. The leisure facilities are excellent, the pool was lovely and cool after the warm Paris days and the Steam Room was excellent too, I didn't use the gym equipment but others did and it certainly looked perfect. This is the nicest hotel in the area and most people who walked past were very impressed with it. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, it is very well located and we were able to get to all the main tourist spots from the nearby bus stop at beginning of Rue De Rennes, the number 82 leaves from here and passes the Louvre, Invalides, Eiffel Tower, Trocadero and the Arc De Triomphe, If you want to go to Sacre Coeur take number 95 from the same bus stop. The location of the hotel made everything so easy for us.

Great hotel , brilliant location . Good 4 star For exploring Paris with 3 good metros all near by . Friendly reception staff and great shower & fluffy towels . Rooms were not big but we asked for a twin as was travelling with my daughter . This location is amazing . You explore Paris then at night you have a very local feel with tons of bars and pavement cafes . Felt very safe in this area .
